Our operations are powered by two state-of-the-art facilities:
Equipped with modern technology, this facility handles the complete post-harvest process, including drying, threshing, cleaning, milling, polishing, sorting, grading and weighing.. UAPPT also offers comprehensive export services, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance from farm to global markets.
Our operations are supported by two factories located in Nyaungdon, Ayeyarwady Division, and the Thilawa Special Economic Zone in Yangon. These facilities are equipped with modern technology to ensure high-quality processing and efficient production of rice and beans for both domestic and international markets.
UAPPT currently produces over 200,000 tons of rice and 30,000 tons of beans annually, supplying the local market and exporting to countries such as China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and more recently, Europe. This growth is driven by our investment in advanced rice grading technology that meets EU standards.
To meet rising global demand, UAPPT is expanding with the construction of two new commercial agri-product factories in Magway and Mandalay, set to begin operations by 2026.

Factory 1 is a fully integrated rice mill with a storage capacity of 4,500 metric tons of grains. It can dry up to 270 tons and produce 300 tons of high-quality white rice daily. Focused exclusively on rice production, its export of approximately 80,000 tons of rice each year.
Factory 2 is a rice and bean processing facility with a storage capacity of 10,000 tons of raw materials. It produces 500 tons of high-quality rice and 200 tons of premium beans daily. It is equipped with modern processing lines to ensure consistent quality for export markets. It can produce approximately 120,000 tons of rice and 50,000 of beans each year.
